Halloween

There hasn't been too much going on these past few days. On Saturday, a few of us went to Hackney to visit and Burberry and Carhartt outlets there. Everything was pretty expensive there. A short scarf sold for £20 and a longer, thicker scarf cost £50, which according to the others, is sold outside for £120. Didn't really buy much, though I did pick up a £5 t-shirt from Carhartt. Had to take the tube, followed by changing to rail. Public transport was dodgy as usual. The train stopped halfway and we had to take a replacement bus. Coming back, while waiting for the bus, we heard a loud bang - a woman was thrown onto the bonnet of a sedan. Luckily the driver braked fast, and the woman slid back down onto the road. The driver was either oblivious to what had happened or just didn't care. He continued to smoke his cigarette. The woman was alright, but possibly had concussion, pointing to her head and all that. She smiled at the end, and an ambulance came to take her away.

Didn't do much on Sunday. Went to Hillsong in the morning with Velicia and Francine. Ate at the Marlborough Arms on Torrington Avenue with Velicia, since Francine met upn with her friends for Yum Cha in Chinatown. Ate Chicken Tikka Masala. Not bad... £4. Yesterday was halloween. Had to finish the coursework for Image Processing in the morning, though my alarm clock didn't go off because I mis-set the clock after Daylight Saving. It was Halloween, so I grabbed those witch fingers I received in the Tesco Showbag at the Freshers Fayre and went around scaring people. Victims include: Jenny, Zoe, Eko, Francine.. the list goes on. Sun Lu convinced me that a certain room was Darren's... turns out it wasn't... some unknown girl... argh.. feel so bad! Here are some pictures though:
